  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Responsibilities:

  • Attend workshops and project kick-offs.
  • Collaborate with clients to define business requirements and design solutions.
  • Lead Oracle Cloud ERP implementations, focusing on design, configuration, and customization.
  • Manage end-to-end ERP projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Mentor junior team members and promote collaboration.
  • Engage with clients to address HR challenges and translate needs into ERP solutions.
  • Ensure quality assurance and stay updated on ERP features and trends.

Qualifications:

Functional Role:

  • 4-7+ years in Banking and Finance; 1-3+ years in project management.
  • Experience in Core Financials, SCM, PPM, and EPM.
  • Client-facing experience and functional knowledge of Oracle ERP modules.
  • Familiarity with ERP implementation processes, including requirements gathering and user acceptance testing.

Technical Role:

  • 2-7+ years in IT or operations; 1-3+ years in project management.
  • Oracle ERP Cloud training or experience in relevant business processes.
  • Skills in ETL, Oracle Cloud Integration, and reporting tools.
  • Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL.

Nice to Have:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in IT or relevant field.
  • Proven experience leading Oracle Cloud ERP implementations.
  • Oracle Cloud Certification is a plus.

Work Arrangement: Onsite in Manila; also available in Cebu, Mandaluyong, Muntinlupa, and Taguig City.
