The Digital Marketing Manager will spearhead the development, execution, and optimization of digital marketing strategies to support the company's goals across multiple markets. This role involves managing all aspects of the digital ecosystem, from brand-building efforts to performance-driven campaigns, ensuring that digital initiatives are aligned with the company’s business objectives. The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the digital marketing team, manage budgets, and collaborate with other marketing teams, regional offices, and external agencies (as needed) to drive growth and innovation across digital platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals, leading multi-
  • channel campaigns and analyzing industry trends.
  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media, focusing on driving traffic,
  • lead generation, and conversion while ensuring ROI.
  • Develop and oversee content strategy, ensuring consistent messaging, SEO optimization, and engagement
  • across all digital channels.
  • Collaborate with e-commerce teams to optimize digital marketing for online retail platforms, enhancing the digital customer journey from awareness to purchase.
  • Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, tracking spending and ensuring campaigns stay within the
  • agreed budget.
  • Lead and mentor the digital marketing team, coordinating cross-functional collaboration and managing relationships with external partner

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5-7 years in digital marketing, including 2-3 years in management, preferably in a multinational company.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO/SEM tools, and MailChimp.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, technologies, best practices, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Data-driven mindset for analyzing and optimizing campaign performance.
  • Ability to manage, inspire teams, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and innovative mindset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
