Key Responsibilities
Sourcing Candidates:
Utilize various platforms (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to identify and attract potential candidates.
Leverage Boolean search techniques and other sourcing methods to find qualified candidates.
Screening and Interviewing:
Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and conduct interviews, both technical and behavioral, to evaluate candidates’ technical competencies and experience.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
Work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and job requirements.
Provide regular updates on the recruitment process and candidate status.
Job Posting and Branding:
Create compelling job descriptions that accurately reflect the roles and responsibilities of technical positions.
Promote the company’s brand and culture to attract top talent.
Candidate Management:
Maintain a database of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
Provide feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.
Offer Negotiation:
Assist in negotiating job offers and compensation packages with selected candidates.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during the offer process.
Market Research:
Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve the recruitment process and candidate sourcing strategies.
Qualifications
>Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or in a similar recruitment role.
>Familiarity with various recruitment tools and technologies.
>Strong understanding of technical roles and industry terminology.
>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
>Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and meet deadlines.
