Support the company's goals by providing proactive HR and administrative assistance. Maintain strong communication with managers and employees while optimizing HR policies for recruitment, training, and talent retention. Responsibilities
- Oversee all HR operations at the plant, including organization, HR systems, training, recruitment, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.
- Develop HR policies and processes aligned with corporate standards, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Enhance organizational effectiveness and competitiveness by identifying critical skills and improving people management and development.
- Foster a strong corporate culture within the plant.
- Deliver high-quality administrative services that reflect and support the company culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with related experience in Fintech industry.
- 5 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of local employment laws and compliance.
- Dynamic, passionate, and customer-oriented, with excellent listening skills and a pragmatic approach.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, fluent in written and spoken English; proficiency in Mandarin would be a plus.
- Ability to lead, influence across teams, engage others, and drive projects to completion.
