The Senior Account Manager shall ensure that all requirements and processes are accomplished and complied with in all assigned projects and brands.
The Account Director should be passionate about finding ways to grow brand partners and must have a good understanding of the organizations available products.
Reporting to the Group Account Director, the Account Director/Senior Account Manager will oversee the productivity and output of the account management team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Brand and business stewardship for all clients and business team
• Championing of projects and accounts
• Regular communication with clients at a senior level
• Organization of client feedback
• Generating accurate reports, status updates, and notifications
• Pitching fresh and innovative ideas to clients
• Processing of ASC requirements
• Completing projects to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget
• Using knowledge and skills to push clients, the team, and the agency in the most productive direction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s Degree with at least 3-4 years of experience in a digital advertising and creative agency
• Strong analytical and planning skills
• Excellent communicator both written and verbal
• Excellent problem-solving skills
