Responsibilities
- Manage transaction requests from customers.
- Perform administrative tasks and maintain records.
- Monitor and action emails in the operations inbox.
- Ensuring all requests comply with credit policies, approval conditions, and guidelines.
- Daily management and administration of various loan management systems.
- Reviewing, preparing, and verifying lending contracts to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Contribution to continuous process improvement.
- Liaising with dealers to obtain additional information to complete settlement collaborating to
- resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the settlement process.
Qualifications
- Have excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Be a consistent performer and have outstanding attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and database software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant training and/or certifications as an Operations Associate are preferred.
- Experience or understanding of the Finance Industry – experience in a similar role is preferred but
- not required i.e. customer onboarding.
- Have exceptional attention to detail and numeracy skills.
- Is detail-oriented with a drive for success, both individually and as a team.
- Demonstrates excellent query resolution, seeking help where required.
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role or industry
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft applications such as Excel and Word
- Strong knowledge of financial processes and systems
