  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

This is a contractual hybrid role for a Property Specialist at Shang Properties, Inc. in Metro Manila. The Property Specialist will be responsible for communication with clients, providing excellent customer service, facilitating residential real estate transactions, and driving sales in the property market.

  • Experience in Commercial Real Estate and Residential Real Estate
  • Sales skills
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of property management regulations and laws
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
