  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Title: Recruitment Specialist (Talent Acquisition)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Screening and Assessment: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for the role.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and facilitate interviews, providing guidance to hiring managers on best practices for evaluation.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by maintaining clear communication and providing timely feedback.
  • Job Posting and Branding: Create compelling job descriptions and promote job openings on our careers page, social media, and other relevant platforms.
  • Data Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and candidate quality, to refine processes and strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology and related field. Fresh grads welcome!
  • Minimum 2 years of end-to-end recruitment experience
  • Experience in e-commerce, skincare, or fashion is a plus
  • Experience handling marketing, sales and/or creative roles
  • Familiar with job portals and recruitment tools
  • Can start as soon as possible
