**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Analytics Implementation:**
- Set up and manage Google Tag Manager (GTM) configurations, including server-side tagging and postback configurations.
- Ensure accurate data collection by maintaining and troubleshooting GTM tags across multiple platforms.
- Collaborate with developers to implement custom tagging solutions to track user behaviors, events, and conversions.
- **Performance Reporting:**
- Create and maintain reports in Looker Studio, utilizing data from Google Analytics and other sources.
- Provide actionable insights and analysis from reporting dashboards to guide business and marketing strategy.
- Monitor and optimize reporting to ensure data accuracy and alignment with business goals.
- **SEO & Web Analytics Support:**
- Assist the SEO team by analyzing data from Google Analytics and Google Search Console, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on industry best practices and search algorithm changes to support website performance.
- **Data Analysis & Insights:**
- Analyze user behavior, conversion patterns, and engagement metrics to deliver insights that inform marketing and content strategies.
- Identify and prioritize key performance indicators (KPIs) and build dashboards to track progress toward business objectives.
- **Troubleshooting & Optimization:**
- Troubleshoot issues in GTM setups, including server-side tracking issues and discrepancies in reporting.
- Recommend and implement optimizations to ensure data accuracy and enhance website tracking functionality.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration:**
- Work closely with SEO, content, and development teams to implement tracking best practices.
- Assist stakeholders in understanding and leveraging data insights to make informed decisions.
