Position Overview
As the Recruitment Manager at GLBR Group, you will play a crucial role in shaping the talent landscape for our entire group of companies. Your primary focus will be managing and leading a team of recruiters, each specializing in different applicant channel sources. You will implement strategic hiring initiatives to ensure we attract and retain exceptional professionals who contribute to the success and growth of each business under the GLBR umbrella.
Key Responsibilities
- Create comprehensive recruitment plans tailored to the unique needs of each company within the GLBR Group.
- Optimize various applicant channel sources to attract top talent across diverse roles and industries.
- Oversee a team of recruiters, each focused on different sourcing channels such as social media, job boards, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Partner with department heads and subsidiary leaders to understand specific hiring needs and priorities.
- Align recruitment strategies with the overall growth objectives of the GLBR Group.
- Streamline recruitment workflows to ensure efficiency and consistency across all companies.
- Implement best practices for candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of different sourcing channels and recruitment efforts.
- Utilize data analytics to refine strategies and improve overall recruitment outcomes.
- Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

What you need to have:
