Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruiter with a strong background in recruiting for US-based roles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. The Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure that the best talent is brought into the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment life cycle for a variety of US-based roles, from job posting and candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct sourcing, to build a diverse pipeline of qualified candidates.
Screening & Interviews: Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, understand job requirements, and create compelling job descriptions.
Offer Management: Negotiate offers with selected candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Employer Branding: Promote the company’s brand to attract top talent, leveraging social media and other platforms to engage with potential candidates.
Compliance: Ensure all recruiting practices comply with employment laws and company policies, particularly in regard to US labor regulations.
Data Management: Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and generate reports on recruiting metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and diversity metrics.
Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date on recruiting trends and industry standards to continuously improve the recruitment process and candidate experience.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience recruiting for US-based roles, with a proven track record of successful hires.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Knowledge: Strong understanding of US employment laws and regulations.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in using ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates and stakeholders.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open roles and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to solving recruitment challenges and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred Skills:
Experience recruiting across different industries and levels, from entry-level to senior executive positions.
Knowledge of HR best practices and familiarity with diversity and inclusion hiring strategies.
Previous experience working in a global company with a distributed workforce.
