JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced SEO/SEM Specialist to join our team. This individual will focus on SEO and SEM projects, including building and optimizing PPC and Local Service Ads (LSA) campaigns for a variety of clients. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in SEO and SEM, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in managing, setting up, and optimizing campaigns.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

SEO Responsibilities:
-Conduct comprehensive SEO audits and implement on-page and off-page optimization strategies.
-Perform keyword research, competitive analysis, and develop content strategies to increase organic visibility.
-Optimize website architecture, content, linking structure, and internal linking to maximize ranking opportunities.
-Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
-Stay current with industry trends, Google algorithm updates, and emerging best practices.

SEM Responsibilities:
-Build, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Local Service Ads.
-Develop strategies to improve Quality Scores, CPC, CTR, conversion rates, and overall campaign performance.
-Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, landing pages, and bid strategies to maximize ROI.
-Analyze and report on campaign performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
-Collaborate with the team to align SEM efforts with broader marketing goals.

CLIENT & TEAM INTERACTION:

-Collaborate with the team to understand client goals and deliver high-quality, results-driven strategies.
-Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear explanations of strategies and campaign results.
-Train and mentor tea m me mbers on best practices and stay updated on the latest trends and tools.
-Participate in weekly tea m me etings, sharing ideas and contributing to the overall success of the company.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

-Experience: Minimum of 2 years of full-time experience in SEO, PPC, and LSA campaign management.
-Technical Skills: Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Bing Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and other SEO/SEM tools.
-Campaign Management: Demonstrable expertise in setting up and optimizing SEO and SEM campaigns, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful results.
-Self-Starter & Problem Solver: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and proactively solve problems.
-Positive Attitude & Eager to Learn: Open to feedback, eager to learn and grow, and consistently looking for ways to improve skills.
-Team Player: Strong collaboration skills, with a desire to be part of a close-knit, supportive team environment.
-Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
