QA (Quality Assurance) Specialist

We’re seeking an experienced quality assurance specialist. The ideal candidate is an exceptionally organized, methodical professional who has the experience necessary to take our products to the next level in accuracy, security, and quality.

Objectives of this role:
-Interpret, build upon, and comply with company quality assurance standards
-Document quality assurance activities with internal reporting and audits
-Identify training needs and take action to ensure companywide compliance
-Pursue continuing education in new solutions, technologies, and skills

Responsibilities of this role:
-Plan, execute, and oversee product inspection and testing for quality
-Assist operations by tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels
-Investigate reports of product quality issues and ensure resolution in accordance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements
-Monitor risk-management procedures, maintain problem logs, and report issues
-Provide training and support to quality assurance tea m me mbers
-Required skills and qualifications
-Deep knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools
-Superb computer skills, including database management
-Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Preferred skills and qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in relevant field
-Fluency in English
