The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR operations within the company, focusing on employee well-being, recruitment, development, and retention strategies. You will play a key role in fostering a positive company culture, ensuring that our people's practices align with business goals, and driving the growth and success of our teams.
????Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding for all levels within the organization.
Collaborate with leadership to identify workforce needs and develop recruitment strategies.
Build and maintain a pipeline of top talent for current and future hiring needs.
Employee Development & Training:
Design and implement employee development programs, including leadership training, performance reviews, and career development plans.
Support managers with coaching, mentoring, and conflict resolution.
Oversee the company’s learning and development initiatives to foster continuous growth.
Employee Relations & Retention:
Serve as the main point of contact for employee concerns, providing guidance on conflict resolution, performance issues, and career progression.
Develop and maintain a strong company culture that emphasizes inclusivity, respect, and innovation.
Monitor employee satisfaction and engagement levels through surveys and direct feedback.
HR Strategy & Operations:
Oversee HR systems and processes (e.g., employee records, payroll, benefits management) to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Develop, implement, and manage company policies, ensuring that they are up-to-date and aligned with best practices and legal requirements.
Compensation & Benefits:
Manage compensation strategy, including salary reviews and benefits administration.
Benchmark compensation packages to ensure competitiveness within the market.
Legal Compliance:
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and health & safety regulations.
Work with external consultants or legal teams to stay current with local and international employment laws.
Using local legal advisors to advise on employment laws

???? Must-Haves
Relevant Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is highly desirable.
Proven Experience:
5+ years of experience in HR management or a similar HR role, ideally within a SaaS or tech company.
Proven track record in recruitment, employee relations, and organizational development.
Work hours: 2pm Philippine Standard Time to 10pm Philippine Standard Time
Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
Experience with HR software (HRIS systems) and managing HR data.
Analytical and data-driven approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
