Part-Time Accountant (Commission Calculation Specialist)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced part-time accountant to join our team and specialize in calculating commissions. The ideal candidate has a strong background in accounting, proficiency with spreadsheets, and experience in calculating and reconciling commissions based on sales performance.

**Responsibilities:**
- Accurately calculate commissions based on sales data
- Generate commission reports and summaries
- Verify and reconcile commission payments to ensure accuracy
- Collaborate with sales and finance teams to address any discrepancies
- Maintain organized records of all commission calculations and payments
- Ensure timely commission processing and address inquiries related to commission calculations

**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as an accountant, preferably with experience in calculating commissions or similar variable pay structures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for team collaboration
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience working remotely with international teams
- Familiarity with commission structures in a sales-driven environment
