Virtual Sales & Social Media Specialist - Appointment Setter

Job Overview:
We are hiring a Virtual Sales & Social Media Specialist to help with lead generation, appointment setting, and social media management for our growing media brand. This is a results-based position with unlimited earning potential.

Responsibilities:

Set appointments and generate leads through social media (using GoHighLevel CRM).
Organize leads and track key performance indicators (appointments set, sales conversions).
Engage with prospects through daily social media outreach.
Manage basic data entry and calendar tasks (using Credit Repair Cloud).

Compensation:

Commission-based pay with no earnings cap.
$25 for every confirmed appointment.
$25 extra for every appointment that results in a sale.
Example: 10 appointments + 10 sales = $500.

Flexible shifts (choose one):
3pm – 7pm EST M-F
7pm – 11pm EST M-F

Requirements:

Strong English communication skills.
Motivated and comfortable with high-volume social media outreach.
Training will be provided, but experience with CRM or sales is a plus.
