- Performance Management: Oversee performance evaluation processes, provide feedback mechanisms, and develop employee performance improvement strategies.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs, create development programs, and ensure continuous skill development within the team.
- Compliance: Ensure the company adheres to labor laws and regulations, updating HR policies and procedures as needed to maintain legal compliance.
- Compensation and Benefits: Design and manage employee compensation, benefits, and recognition programs to maintain competitive advantage.
- HR Analytics and Reporting: Use data-driven insights to inform HR strategies, track key HR metrics, and report on the effectiveness of HR practices.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor junior HR team members, fostering their growth and ensuring HR best practices are consistently applied.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a senior HR role, with proven leadership skills.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and make strategic HR decisions.
