Our client is a company that is committed to making the process of finding and setting up the right talent match effortless and unambiguous. They are looking for a dedicated HR Assistant to join their team and contribute to their mission.

Job Highlights

  • Monthly Rate: Approximately PHP 38,250
  • Work Hours per Week: 40
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm Sydney Time | 7am - 4pm Manila time
  • Work Arrangement: Work from home
  • Contract: Independent Contractor

Side note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will also be accountable for handling their taxes and benefits independently. The professional fees are calculated on an hourly basis.

Responsibilities

Attract, screen, interview, and hire qualified candidates to fill vacant positions

Post job openings on various job sites

Ensure a diverse and skilled workforce that aligns with company values

Foster positive working relationships among employees

Resolve conflicts as they arise

Implement strategies to boost employee morale, motivation, and retention

Assist with new employee onboarding processes

Prepare documentation and coordinate orientation sessions

Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, training records, and performance evaluations

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Document all processes related to tasks as SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)and ensure they are regularly updated

Requirements

Proficiency with Google Workspace and any Project Management tool (Helpwise, Trello, Komodo, Missive, Asana

Proficient in data and knowledge management

Proficiency in Google Sheets. (ideal)

Fun to be with and can organize events
