Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Virtual Assistant role located in Angeles. As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and providing general support to the team. Your role will contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of daily operations, ensuring the smooth running of tasks and communications.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in administrative support or related roles.
- At least 6 months to 1 year working experience as VA with Accounting Background.
