Responsibilities:
- Monitor that all the Coders and Coding Team are in compliance with the Quality set by the client in the Service Level Agreement and the Internal Target Set by Ingenious
- Maintain and Monitor the adherence of every Coding Supervisor and leaders with the implementation of the Quality Development Plan and Performance Improvement Plan.
- Alert the Coding Operations team of any outliers that may need assistance.
- Provide trainings for the Monthly, Quarterly and Monthly update of Coding Guidelines, both from the client’s update and other Coding governing bodies
- Provide consistent calibrations based from Quality scored both Internal and External result
- Provide and maintain onboarding status plan for newly hired coding employees and coders who moved to other facilities.
- Identify proactive learning materials that will be beneficial to the group such as procedure specific updates, CMS Guidelines and other new technology.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Medical or Allied Medical courses or equivalent in relevant clinical work experience
- With previous supervisory experience
- With Quality and Training experience
- Certified Coder AAPC or AHIMA
- Efficient in Microsoft Office (such as Excel and word)
- Above average analytical skills.
- An understanding and strict adherence to all HIPAA regulations
