What You’ll Be Doing:
QuickBooks Management: Oversee and maintain accounts using QuickBooks, ensuring accurate and up-to-date entries.
Multi-Country Accounts Consolidation: Consolidate accounts across multiple countries, currencies, and bank accounts.
Personal Finance Oversight: Manage personal finances, including budgets, expenses, and investments.
Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly and annual financial reports, ensuring timely and accurate data for decision-making.
Tax & Compliance Support: Assist in tax preparation and compliance, understanding requirements across jurisdictions.
Bank Reconciliations: Conduct regular reconciliations of multiple bank accounts, ensuring accurate balances.
Financial Analysis: Provide insights on financial health and help with strategic planning based on accounting data.
Who You Are:
Experienced Accountant: Background in accounting or finance with experience in managing multiple accounts.
QuickBooks Expert: Proficient in QuickBooks with the ability to handle complex entries and consolidations.
Detail-Oriented & Organized: Able to handle multiple accounts with high attention to detail.
Financially Savvy: Knowledgeable in both corporate accounting and personal finance management.
