As a Senior Technical Recruiter at Thakral One, you will play a critical role in sourcing and securing high-caliber talent. This role will involve close collaboration with hiring managers and stakeholders, leveraging strategic sourcing methods while ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. You will also mentor junior recruiters and contribute to the development of the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Consultation: Consult with internal and customer Hiring Manager, Stakeholders on overall hiring strategies, needs and tailor approach accordingly
  • Job Posting & Sourcing: Craft and post technical job descriptions on specialist IT job boards, social media and any other relevant channels.
  • Innovative Sourcing: Be creative and find effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent
  • Candidate Screening: Source, screen and shortlist qualified candidates for the various technical roles.
  • Interviewing: Interview and document structured interview notes for potential candidates using various methods to assess technical as well as cultural fitment
  • Pipeline Development: Build candidate pipelines specific to recurring or upcoming needs, with a focus on cutting edge skills and diversity;
  • Process Management: Drive the recruitment process through our ATS, including consistency of moving candidates through workflow while ensuring updated candidate data at all times.
  • Candidate management: working with HR and stakeholder to ensure a smooth onboarding of successful candidates.

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years’ experience in recruitment of niche as well as generic technology skills for mid to senior levels of hire across the APAC region including but not limited to, Singapore, Malaysia, India, Philippines, Vietnam, Australia and NZ
  • Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A love for the “hunt” of talent while looking for fresh and new ways to attract great skills into the organization – across permanent or contractual roles.
  • A keenness in keeping up-to-date with latest industry / technology trends.
  • Extensive technical sourcing experience using various platforms including, but not limited to, Stack Overflow, Server Fault, Linkedin, GitHub etc
  • Versatility in taking on new roles and pitching in when required
  • A commitment to outstanding candidate experience and client service with proven skills in negotiating and closing.
  • Experience of using Applicant Tracking System
  • In-house Technology recruitment experience is a must
  • Experience in Technology Consulting is an advantage.
  • Willing to work in a hybrid set-up (twice a week).
