We are seeking a driven Recruitment Consultant to specialize in IT roles. This position involves handling the full recruitment process, from business development—bringing in new clients—to end-to-end recruitment—sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new clients needing IT recruitment services.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and understand their hiring needs.
  • Source and screen candidates through various channels like job boards, social media, and referrals.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, with a focus on IT roles.
  • At least 3 - 4 years of experience in the Recruitment field
  • Bachelor's degree in human resource, IT or equivalent
  • Experience in business development/client acquisition.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of IT roles and technical jargons.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and candidates simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for recruitment.
