We are seeking a driven Recruitment Consultant to specialize in IT roles. This position involves handling the full recruitment process, from business development—bringing in new clients—to end-to-end recruitment—sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new clients needing IT recruitment services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and understand their hiring needs.
- Source and screen candidates through various channels like job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications for IT roles.
- Present qualified candidates to clients and manage the interview process.
- Guide clients and candidates through the offer stage, including negotiations.
- Maintain a database of top IT talent and provide market insights to clients.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in recruitment, with a focus on IT roles.
- At least 3 - 4 years of experience in the Recruitment field
- Bachelor's degree in human resource, IT or equivalent
- Experience in business development/client acquisition.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of IT roles and technical jargons.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and candidates simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for recruitment.
