Project-Based QuickBooks and Administrative Assistant

Position Overview:
We’re looking for a skilled QuickBooks and Administrative Assistant to support our team on a project basis. This role will involve managing QuickBooks tasks and providing general admin support to ensure smooth project execution.
> Responsibilities:
1. QuickBooks & Financial Management:
-Handle project-based financial tracking, including invoicing, expenses, and payments.
-Collaborate with the tax accountant to align records for each project phase.
-Prepare concise financial summaries as required.
2. Project Administration:
-Assist with project scheduling, timeline updates, and team communications.
-Coordinate team updates and ensure everyone is aligned on project goals.
-Provide additional support to ensure milestones are met on schedule.
3. Communication & Coordination:
-Act as a liaison for project-specific updates between tea m me mbers.
-Support onboarding for project staff as needed, ensuring clear communication of roles and tasks.
> Qualifications:
-Proficiency in QuickBooks with experience in project-based accounting.
-Strong organizational and communication skills.
-Prior experience in project admin roles is a plus.
-Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
> Compensation:
$5-6 per hour, based on experience. This is a project-based role with flexibility depending on project needs and timelines.
