The TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST is responsible for the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process, stakeholder collaboration, and applicant database management.
THE ROLE:
- Partners with Talent Acquisition Manager to identify and develop a sustainable sourcing method, technologies, marketing, and advertising strategies to attract and recruit top talent
- Schedules calibration meetings with hiring managers to determine the detailed requirement, role deliverables, profile, and qualifications.
- Conducts screening and candidate profiling prior to endorsement (paper screen, initial phone interview, and technical assessment).
- Develop partnership with universities that will support the company's initiatives like internship and management training programs
- Continuous pooling of candidates and building talent pipeline
- Develop exemplary candidate experiences and drive brand engagement
- Provide weekly status reports and able to meet SLAs (KPI)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Psychology or Behavioral Science
- With three (3) years of experience in sourcing, school partnership, preferably in the Restaurant and/or Food industry
- Highly analytical; Knowledgeable in MS Excel
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverable
