We are a trading company based in Auckland, New Zealand. We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to engage with potential clients via email , WhatsApp, and other communication tools. You will be responsible for managing client interactions using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and driving new client acquisition. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, experience in sales, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop New Clients: Reach out to potential clients via email , WhatsApp, phone, and other channels to introduce our products and services, establishing business relationships.
• CRM Management: Use CRM software (such as HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) to track client interactions, manage sales progress, and ensure accurate data entry.
• Sales Strategy: Create and execute sales plans based on market and client needs, aiming to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Client Communication and Follow-up: Maintain regular communication with clients, understanding their needs, solving issues, and providing expert product advice.
• Market Research: Conduct market analysis, stay updated on competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in selling electronic products or accessories.
• Familiarity with using various communication tools such as WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Slack, etc.
• Experience in handling large or corporate clients.
Salary: Base salary + bonus
