We are seeking dedicated customer service agents with expertise in remote chat and email support.
TASKS:
Engage with our customers via email to effectively close deals and offers.
Monitor and record customers' purchasing behaviors to facilitate timely follow-ups.
Deliver daily reports and updates to the team.
REQUIREMENTS:
Device with a minimum of 8GB RAM, running Windows 10 or later, or MacOS.
Availability: 6 days a week for 8 hours each day.
Reliable internet connection and power source.
Proficient in English at a B2 level or higher.
COMPENSATION:
Monthly salary ranging from 800 up to 2,000 (with weekly payments).
Additional weekly bonuses between 50 and 200 based on performance.
