- Track warranty and maintenance and process results and trends ensurng actions are taken comply with client requirements
- Responsibility including collecting data from technicians, communicating wih client and vendor, processing warranty claims, tracking parts/materials and assessing warranty coverage limits
- Review and monitoring the warranty & maintenance submission, accept or reject claims, collaborate with vendors & sub-contractors and address any issues and settle disputes relating to the warrany contract
- To lead all the warranty and maintenance procedures and activities within a company
- Be it adhering to safety regulations, to ensuring timely completion, a maintenance head works around the buildings, offices and of the organization
- College degree related to any Engineering course or any related course
- Has extensive experience with the role
- Has good communication and interpersonal skills
- Capable of maintaning strong relationship, organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent analytical and problem solving
- Team management and leadership skills
- Knowledgeable in checking necessary report such as Site Assessment Report and Preventive Maintenance Report
- Willingness to work in Makati and travel to different locations
