  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

What you will do:

  • Participates in the overall function of analyzing HR programs, implementations and strategies; identifying the most efficient and effective HR and business initiatives
  • Collaborates in cross-functional teams in handling the proposal, recommendation, and implementation of core HR programs, ensuring the proper identification of legal bases
  • Performs general improvement and administers employee satisfaction and recognition programs to maintain engagement
  • Assesses and handles innovative talent management activities as well as acts as an expert in providing guidance with regards to key HR policies, systems and practices
  • Identifies and assists in the resolution of dispute, conflict and legal cases as well as participates in and monitors labor-related issues and concerns

What we are looking for:

  • Candidates residing in Bulacan, Pampanga or Tarlac area.
  • Must have 2 years of experience in HR, specializing in Employee Relations.
  • Must have effective writing and communications skills, and a sound background in conflict negotiation and resolution
  • Proficiency in Office 365 tools
