Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Outreach:

Identify potential clients through various research methods, including online databases and public records.
Engage new prospects via cold calls, email s, and other outreach methods to introduce our asset recovery services.
Build initial connections with potential clients and address basic questions about the recovery process.

Research and Documentation:

Conduct complex research to locate unclaimed assets, such as unclaimed funds or dormant accounts.
Organize and manage information about asset recovery opportunities, following straightforward processes to document findings.

Client Support and Communication:

Provide clear and friendly assistance, helping clients navigate the recovery process with ease.
Coordinate with team members to ensure a smooth experience for each client.

Qualifications:

Previous unclaimed Asset Recovery Experience Required

Strong attention to detail and a knack for research; ability to find and organize information accurately.
Comfortable with phone and email outreach, and able to build rapport with clients through clear communication.
Self-motivated, with a positive attitude and a desire to help clients succeed.
