Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative with a minimum of 2 years of experience in outbound sales, preferably within the logistics or shipping industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, reaching out to potential clients, and converting them into loyal customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales strategies, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Your Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce them to our logistics/shipping services.
  • Generate new leads and follow up on existing leads to meet sales targets.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to convert prospects into clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to position our services effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

What Our Client Is Looking For

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in telesales or outbound sales.
  • Prior experience in the logistics or shipping industry is strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
