Job Duties:
- Act as liaison between candidate and client HR
- Ensure initiation of onboarding process by client HR within 24-48hrs of offer details email
- Instruct candidates prompt completion of onboarding documentation
- Inform client HRs and client relationship
- Provide client HR with VIP Onboarding resource and education
- Regularly check in with candidate and client HR to drive onboarding process for both parties
- Assist with facilitating seamless onboarding experience for both candidate and client HR
- Foster strong relationships with client HR and candidates
- Notify Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS) and Regionals of issues during onboarding for assistance and resolution
- Notate once cleared in Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Electronic Medical Records (EMR), notifying TAS and Regionals

Skill Set:
- Mastery of English language with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office with ability to quickly learn and utilize related software
- Ability to text through company provided Webex or other system
- Maintain professional image
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge and sensitivity to client relations
- Exemplary organizational skills
- Keen sense of urgency and time management
- Ability to multitask and efficiently manage multiple candidates at a time

Requirements:
• MUST be willing to work full-time with no other commitments from other companies.
• MUST have at least 6 months of virtual assistant experience
• MUST have own laptop/desktop with dual monitors and reliable internet.
• MUST have own web camera and headset.
• Familiarity with HR process
• Can work from Monday to Friday at 8am to 5pm US Time.
