- Serve as a resource person during project negotiation
- Supervise project implementation for simple building renovations and upkeep

- Prepare necessary incident reports for any work facility equipment malfunction
- Coordinate incidents and its resolution to Facilities Manager
- Ensure execution of Company compliance requirements to workplace Safety Policies and Procedures
- Implement COSH requirements for supervised construction and renovation works
- Conduct safety orientation
- Conduct risk assessment and enforce preventative measures, identify bottlenecks and provide solutions
- Ensure contractor compliance to OSH Rules and Regulations
- Performance Management
- Delegate and supervise workload assignments for building admin. assistants
- Assess work progress and actual performance of each direct report;
- Facilitate coaching requirements;
- Ensure reports are submitted on time;
- Conduct annual performance appraisals.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering
- License in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering is required
- Must have at least 2 to 3 years work experience as a Building Administrator and Safety Officer or a similar function in a different position
- Must have intermediate skills in Autocad, Project Management, and Project Design and Costing
- In-depth knowledge of legislation (e.g. OSHA/EPA) and procedures
