What You’ll Do
- Bank Statement Reconciliation: Perform daily and monthly reconciliations, ensuring transactions are recorded accurately and discrepancies resolved.
- Invoice Processing & Payment: Manage the full cycle of invoice processing, ensuring timely payments, adherence to controls, and proper recording in the system.
- Aging Monitoring: Review accounts payable aging reports, address overdue invoices and coordinate with stakeholders for resolution.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the point of contact for finance-related inquiries and escalate issues to relevant teams for timely resolution.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to company policies and audit requirements, maintaining accurate documentation of financial processes.
- Reporting & Data Extraction: Provide insights through financial reporting, including reconciliation summaries and aging reports.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to enhance efficiency in finance operations.
- Ad-Hoc Projects: Support various finance-related projects as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Relevant Work Experience: 3+ years； Domain Experience: 2 years
- Knowledge of basic accounting procedures
- Proficiency with MS Suite and G Suite Applications
- Organizational skills
- Clear communication skills
- Experience using Workday Financials (preferred but not required)
- If no experience with Workday Financials, experience with other accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Coupa, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.) is required
