Job Summary

Primarily responsible for the disposal of Main Bank and Subsidiaries Real and Other Properties Acquired (ROPA) by obtaining the maximum offers possible from prospective buyers of Bank acquired assets in the quickest possible timeline at the highest possible returns and a minimum holding costs.

Responsibilities

  • Tap direct buyers, Source buyers from brokers and broker groups.
  • Secure offers from prospects and ensure broker’s registration with buyer’s conformity.
  • Arrange site trippings / site inspections.
  • Ensure that all documentary requirements are complete.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any 4-year degree course.
  • At least 2 years' experience in real estate sales or related functions. Exposure in related finance or bank asset disposal an advantage
  • Must be willing to work on site and be assigned in Makati.
