Job Summary
- The Business Relationship Officer (BRO) Development Program allows you to fast track your career in Banking. You will undergo an extensive training that covers essential and relevant topics such as branch training and sales management. After you graduate, you will be part of the RCBC's Retail Banking Team.

- Strategize on account acquisition, prospecting, and account deepening to achieve the sales goals and targets of the Business Center.
- Manage clients' financial needs and requirements.
- Develop effective sales activities, conduct competitor shopping, client mapping, sales calls, and product presentation.
- Creates product awareness and promotes RCBC and YGC products and services to existing and prospective clients.
- Work with internal stakeholders to refer credit matters, request for rate and approval, and product inquiries.
- Someone with the skill to work well in a sales and banking environment, able to continue learning and adapting in their surroundings, and then applying what they've learned as tools in their leadership.
- At least a 4 year graduate with a degree in any business related program.
- With proven academic and leadership excellence.
