Our company is expanding rapidly and we want to find someone who is extraordinary to fill our Senior Accountant / Business Finance Type Role.
You will be in charge of managing the overall accounting and finances of the business. Your tasks include (but not limited to) Data entry, bookkeeping, general accounting, reconciliations, reports, analysis, operations optimization, developing financials, extensive Excel, Odoo, and more.
We are a B2B company with one location in the U.S. - we have several thousand SKUs worth of items and manage a lot of inventory and transaction volume. Experience and confidence are required to help manage and give insight into bettering the business.

Strict Requirements:
- Experience in managing accounting and finance for larger businesses or corporations
- Reliable and Conscientiousness with duties
- Ability to process data and build analysis, forecasts, and reports
- Strong foundation of business fundamentals and understanding
- Well-versed in Excel (must know macros, key-commands, short cuts, etc.) and other programs to analyze data and create your own reports
- Used to working in a fast pace environment
-Must have used Odoo ERP
Required:
-Two Full-time employees will report to you; one is already in the Philippines and one in the United States.
- MBA
- Operations or supply chain management
- Shopify, Odoo, Google Suite, or other large ERP software
