- Recommend ways to improve our employer brand
- Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs
- Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, universities, and other partners
Job Requirements
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A proven track record of managing recruiters for multiple clients.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, metrics, and guidelines.
- Excellent leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English
- B.A. degree in Human Resources or relevant fields.
- Must be willing to work onsite
