About This Role:

As a Marketing Operations Manager, you will manage and enhance our online presence, ensure seamless operations, and drive marketing initiatives. Your responsibilities will include website management, order processing, inventory and logistics checks, marketing campaign execution, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, update promotional content, and monitor performance.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for marketing tool integrations and website processes.
  • Analyze sales data, identify trends, and generate regular sales and website metrics reports.
  • Conduct website audits, address technical issues, and ensure optimal site speed and performance.
  • Integrate and manage third-party applications, customize theme files, and optimize for SEO.
  • Support content management and strategy, collaborating with the design team on Klaviyo and email marketing initiatives.
  • Assist in processing orders, coordinate with fulfillment partners, and manage inventory.


Software/Platforms/Tools:

  • Shopify+ (advanced experience required)
  • Google Analytics
  • Third-party website and marketing applications
  • Klaviyo (for collaboration on email marketing)
  • SEO tools and auditing software
  • ERP (Xorosoft) no experience required
  • EDI Integrators (SPS Commerce) no experience required
  • 3PL (ShipBob) no experience required


Qualifications:

  • Must be a Filipino citizen
  • 3-5 years of freelance experience with a solid track record in website management and e-commerce.
  • Advanced proficiency in Shopify+, website auditing, and SEO optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in report generation and trend analysis.
  • Experience in inventory management and order processing.
  • Basic developer know-how, with a capability to customize website themes.
  • Familiarity with Klaviyo or similar email marketing tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially for content management.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and handle multiple tasks.
  • A passion for sports is a plus.


Shift Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday, Flexible working hours. Preferably aligned with US East Coast time.
