Established in 2018, Hyperbrands Corporation provides end-to-end business solutions to FMCG brands in the Philippines. Our current business is in the distribution, marketing, and retailing of pet care products. We own and operate the local Social Media accounts and official E-Commerce Flagship Stores and distribute nationwide through a network of the country's top retailers, regional distributors, and local pet shops.

As a Brand Associate, your involvement and impact in the mission will be manifested through crafting and executing brand-related strategies that drive awareness, engagement, sales, and growth, while also providing information and solving problems for Filipino consumers. This role requires a creative and analytical mindset to help develop and implement marketing initiatives that align with the brand's objectives.

Work closely with our marketing team and e-commerce sales team in a startup company to realize the power of our brands and how they can positively impact the lives of our customers.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Lead and assist the development of brand identity, key messages, and marketing strategies for assigned brand/s to effectively engage and convert the target audiences
  • Monitors brand performance and identifies growth opportunities across all available channels
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials
  • Support marketing campaigns and initiatives together with Marketing and E-Commerce teams in order to achieve sales targets and market leadership for portfolio brands (both online and offline)
  • Spearhead industry, trends, and market research and facilitate knowledge transfer to the rest of the team

Challenges:

  • Launch our newest portfolio brands in the market by crafting its own positioning, key message, and assets to convey its branding
  • Create traction on multiple digital and on-ground touchpoints with customers, then measuring KPIs for these initiatives
  • Ultimately create class-leading brands to compete and win in their respective categories

Requirements:

  • College graduate of marketing, business management, advertising, or related fields
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; but, priority will be given to applicants with 1-2 years of experience in marketing, branding, advertising, or related fields
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and marketing tools
  • Analytical and can handle large amounts of data to form insights and recommendations for the brands
  • Willingness to experiment, test, and analyze new tactics and processes
