- Set-up operations and appropriate organization (organic, inorganic, third party) in expansion territories, such as national distributors, own office operations, GTM partners, online and offline Cash-in partners, legal and compliance support, etc.
- Has Profit and Loss responsibility for business, including budgetary and resource allocation plans
- Lead Sales team to work with rest of functions to deliver growth objectives
- Drive all regional operations and work with International Product, Marketing and Sales team to develop appropriate sales and marketing strategies for customers to achieve growth objectives
- Build new business relationships with related industries and strategic partnerships with government, agencies and Filipino communities/associations to drive expansion and growth
- Negotiating contracts with international partners
- Maintain efficient knowledge on all rules and regulations within the region to enable design and implementation of processes and policies for the company that is legally compliant and financially prudent
