Role Overview:
The Assistant Operations and SOP Specialist will be a pivotal part of BTG’s mission to streamline operations and refine our systems. In this role, you’ll collaborate with the CEO and other tea m me mbers to enhance the efficiency of our workflows and support the scaling of BTG’s operational processes. This position requires a strategic thinker with an aptitude for curiosity, powerful question asking, systemization, documentation, process improvement, someone that can operate fast and is constantly emotional aware of the CEO’s needs.
Responsibilities:
Operational Support:
Work closely with the CEO to manage daily operations, including scheduling, project coordination, and team communications.
Provide proactive administrative support, ensuring tasks and deadlines are managed effectively.
Coordinate internal meetings, maintaining agendas, minutes, and follow-ups to keep the team aligned and projects on track.
Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Development:
Collaborate with team leads to design, document, and implement SOPs across various departments (sales, customer support, training, etc.).
Continually review and update SOPs to ensure they reflect the most efficient practices and adapt to the evolving needs of the company.
Facilitate training sessions to ensure all tea m me mbers understand and follow SOPs correctly, fostering a culture of accountability and process adherence.
Systemization & Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to enhance BTG’s operational workflow, leveraging technology and process adjustments for maximum efficiency.
Assist in selecting and integrating software tools that improve team productivity and communication.
Implement data tracking and reporting to measure the effectiveness of new processes and systems, ensuring BTG’s operations are scalable.
Data & Reporting:
Gather data on operational activities and provide regular reports to the CEO, highlighting areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
Support the creation of metrics and KPIs that allow the team to make informed decisions.
