This position supports operational efficiency of Merchant Partnerships and ensures compliance with record management standards and regulatory requirements through:
- Timely and accurate generation or completion of required reports, generation of correspondences to Merchants and Merchant's copy of final Merchant Agreements
- Timely and accurate monitoring of supplies and equipment, internal forms, merchant signages, giveaways and decals
- Managing files and documents of accredited merchants through systematic checking of completeness, filing, imaging, archiving and retrieval
The Responsibilities we will trust you with:
- Generates report on merchants affiliated and maintained used by various units for the performance of their functions.
- Generates merchant letters, advisories and correspondences for timely distribution to merchants by Sales team.
- Checks merchant contracts to ensure accuracy of information supplied by AOs and admin clerk, and completeness of sign offs.
- Forwards Merchant’s copy to Account Officer for distribution to Merchant.
- Checks and review of merchant files and records for systematic filing, imaging, archiving and retrieval.
Your Qualifications and Your Experiences should be:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably Business-related course
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience
- Background in MIS reporting
You must be willing to work on site and be assigned in Ortigas.
