  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

  • Handle AR function :
  • Receive and review billing documents to verify billing information against customer Purchase Orders, and/or contracts
  • Prepare timesheet based billing and reconciling customer payments to amounts billed
  • Process, monitor and report on billing, working with various departments to bill costs to clients, and assisting various departments with client invoice related questions or issues
  • Prepare journal entries
  • Reconcile general ledger accounts
  • Review AR Aging
  • Collection follow-up
  • Other AR related task to be assigned by US
  • Prepare, finalize and submit Monthly, Bi-Monthly and Weekly invoices for the assigned Customer
  • Update Aging Report (follow up any past due billing)
  • Prepare any revenue accrual as needed
  • Prepare the Annual/Quarterly/Monthly Revenue Apportionment of the assigned customer
  • Ad hoc that may be required from time to time

  • BA/BS in Accounting
  • At least 2 years AR/billing experience
  • 3-5 years of experience working with an ERP System
  • Clear understanding of general financial principles
  • Experience with creating and editing Microsoft Excel spreadsheets
  • Good organization skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional and positive attitude
  • Detail oriented
  • Focused, eagerness, and ambitious to learn
  • Solid decision making skills
  • Ability to follow established procedures
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Attendance and schedule adherence are requirements of this position
