Reporting to the Vice President of Talent Acquisition. The Director of Talent Acquisition is responsible for the execution of Teleperformance Philippines Recruitment strategy and will contribute to the company's organizational success through strong management of agent recruitment operations. The Director of Talent Acquisition drives the quantity and quality of hires by successfully executing on the strategic plan.

Key Responsibilities:

Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with Site Leaders/Program Heads to understand staffing demands and develop & tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to execute hiring strategy efficiently and ensure delivery based on commitment.
  • Attends Kick-off, Project and Staffing Calls to be on a level with hiring demands and keep up with trends necessary to support their volume.
  • Frequently calibrates with training and operations stakeholders to improve new hire performance

Sourcing Strategy

  • Reviews current processes and make appropriate recommendations to get quality applicants.
  • Develops and executes a strong applicant satisfaction strategy to promote referrals
  • Reviews existing recruitment policies and recommends adjustments based on current trends and performance
  • Sources out other recruitment opportunities such as advertising, signages, billboards, etc
  • Develops and designs marketing strategies and publications used for recruitment and special programs

Leadership Management

  • Oversee the supervision of personnel, which includes work allocation, training, and problem resolution; evaluates performance and makes recommendations for personnel actions; motivates employees to achieve peak productivity and performance.
  • Ensure that the team adheres to all the policies and procedures of the company.
  • Build a high performing team by ensuring compliance on key performance indicators, analyzing areas what would impact performance and timely feedback or coaching of members.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s and advanced degree and/or specialized training
  • At least 5 years previous experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified
  • Excellent track record in driving operational metrics and must have strong analytical skills to identify key opportunities and capitalize on market trends
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management ability
  • Computer literate with proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Competent in decision-making and problem solving
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to foster a cooperative work environment
