JOB TITLE: Property Engineer

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the Property Manager and the Chief Engineer in the supervision and monitoring of the operation, repair and maintenance of the property / building including all equipment and systems (i.e. mechanical, plumbing, FDAS, sanitary, utilities, auxiliary) in accordance with industry best practices and other applicable standards.
  • Manage the technical staff to ensure proper execution of routine and corrective maintenance activities.
  • Maintain, keep and update technical records and documents.
  • Generate reports (periodic and one-time) and ensure compliance to other engineering applicable government permits & licenses.
  • Facilitate the Project Management of CapEx and NROpEx projects from initiation to close-out.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of Engineering (preferably Mechanical)
  • 2 to 3 years work experience with at least 1 to 2 years related work experience in Property/Facilities Management.
  • Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer (mechanical Engineer is highly preferred)
  • Knowledge on Building Operation including Engineering, Housekeeping, Security, Safety, Health and Repair and Maintenance of Equipment.
  • Background on CAD, Project/Construction/Fit-out Management is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office; with above-average communication skills (oral and written).
  • Candidates must be willing to work at MOA Complex, Pasay City.
