Role
This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Service Specialist at The Berkeley Group. The specialist will be responsible for enhancing the student living experience by providing exceptional customer service and support. The specialist will assist in the resolution of complex or escalated customer inquiries, ensuring timely and satisfactory solutions. We pride ourselves on innovation, collaboration, and delivering top-notch service every day.
Qualifications
- Customer service & support operations expertise
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
- Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal
- Skilled at working collaboratively across teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement
- Knowledge of student housing property management or related fields is a plus
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience with Entrata, Appfolio & Asana is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
