About the role:

We are seeking an experienced, reliable, and quick-start IT Support Specialist with extensive knowledge of GoHighLevel (GHL) to join our team. This full-time role will play a key part in supporting our staff knowledge base and talent onboarding automations within GHL, specifically in the memberships and courses areas. If you have a strong history with GHL and can bring experience in workflow automations, custom app design, and reputation management, we’d love to hear from you!

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize GHL’s memberships and courses areas, utilized as our internal knowledge base and for talent onboarding.
  • Design and execute workflow automations for a seamless onboarding process.
  • Develop custom applications and manage sub-accounts at both individual and SaaS agency levels.
  • Implement and maintain GHL’s conversational AI bot to enhance user interactions.
  • Oversee reputation management, courses, and membership functionality within GHL.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with GoHighLevel across various domains, including workflow automation, custom app design, and reputation management.
  • Strong expertise in GHL's memberships and courses areas.
  • Proficient in managing sub-accounts and SaaS agency level administration.
  • Experience with SMTP (client mail and third-party providers like SendGrid) and expertise in email deliverability, ensuring messages land in inboxes rather than junk/spam folders.
  • Knowledge of LC Phone and Twilio for seamless communication integration.

Desirable skills:

  • Familiarity with GHL API v2.0, OAuth2.0, and the private marketplace app.
  • GHL certification or demonstrated expertise with GHL’s advanced features.
