The Business Development Executive is responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and establishing strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other key stakeholders. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, analyzing market trends, and implementing strategies to increase the brand’s reach and revenue. The ideal candidate is proactive, strategic, and has strong analytical and communication skills to develop and execute growth strategies aligned with Enature's vision.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets, including new product lines, territories, and customer segments.
2. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retail partners to foster collaboration and ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives, focusing on revenue growth, market share, and brand visibility.
4. Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, providing actionable insights for business decisions.
5. Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales performance, key performance indicators (KPIs), and other metrics to ensure targets are met.
6. Promotions & Campaigns: Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional activities and campaigns to increase product awareness and drive demand.
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, logistics, and customer service, to ensure alignment and smooth operations.
8. Compliance: Ensure all business development activities comply with Enature’s standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Results-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and stakeholders.
