We are looking for a detail-oriented, personable, and determined Talent and Employee Success
Partner to work for our California- based client that offers speech therapy, occupational therapy, and other services. Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:

- Proactively headhunt and maintain communication with both new and past applicants, developing creative marketing strategies to attract talent.
- Regularly consult with hiring managers to stay updated on hiring needs and ensure recruitment aligns with team requirements.Partner with hiring managers and other cross functional departments to understand staffing needs and define role requirements.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Source, screen, and conduct initial interviews, verifying candidate qualifications and credentials.? Maintain candidate communication, coordinate final interviews, and continuously improve the recruitment process.

Employee Development & Performance Management:

- Work closely with managers to create personalized development plans that cater to each tea m me mber's unique strengths and aspirations.
- Set up engaging training programs and growth opportunities that empower employees to reach their full potential.
- Assist managers in performance evaluations by helping them set meaningful goals and facilitating open, constructive feedback discussions.

Qualifications:

- A proven history in US recruitment is essential.
- Familiarity with vetting US healthcare professionals, including speech therapists and occupational therapists, along with expertise in other fields like IT and Accounting, is required. ?
- Knowledge of US recruitment regulations and hiring practices is necessary. ?
- Proficiency in Microsoft and Google applications is a must, along with the ability to quickly learn new tools.
- Excellent communication, listening, and note-taking skills are essential. ?
- Willingness to work full-time during US Pacific business hours is required.
